Joe Herlihy is a designer and furniture/object maker in Portland, Oregon. Originally from New England, he moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2010.  He graduated from the Evergreen State College in 2013 where he studied primarily art, craft, and furniture design.

Through thoughtful composition of form, attention to detail, and conscious use of materials Joe designs and crafts objects that retain their utility and style. He has long been interested in what defines our experience of everyday objects. His approach to designing has always been to explore functional and aesthetic harmony.
